VIA Seaport Residences Apartments

I lived at VIA Seaport for 2 years, it was an awesome experience overall. I had one of the absolute best studios in the community which included four closets, high ceilings, great city view. Always got plenty of compliments when I had friends/relatives over to visit. The property manager Grace is a sweetheart, she truly cares about the residents & she is always willing to assist with any requests. The Leasing team made the entire move-in process seamless & were consistent communicating with me throughout my entire lease term if I had any issues or questions in general. The Service team just goes above & beyond! Dave, Erik, Kevin & Johnny do an stellar job ensuring that the property looks in fantastic conditions. All my work orders were completed prompt and efficiently. The community also offers monthly events such as yoga classes, wine night Wednesdays, paint nights, holiday events, etc. If you’re looking for a place to call home in Seaport along with a fantastic experience, VIA Seaport is the way to go!

VIA is just what I needed, I knew this before and I can confirm now, after moving in. From initial contact to moving in day and after, communication with the leasing office (the assistant manager specifically) has been better and faster than ANY other broker/leasing office person I've ever communicated with. This was very important in choosing this property (I was tired of agents either pushing too much or respond days later, not giving the right information, etc...) so I'm glad I came across Trent when I was contacting properties in the area. The location is like no other, I have all I need - walking distance away. The building itself is very clean inside (even with so many pets everywhere), the staff is friendly, helpful 24/7 and the amenities - wow - I can't wait for the summer so I can enjoy VIA outdoor amenities more.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about VIA and the team. Aside from having a beautiful apartment and access to top tier amenities, it is really the team (both the office and maintenance) that makes the experience 5 stars. You can tell that the manager, Grace, truly cares about the residents and even the pets that live here. I am always seeing her greet the dogs that come in by name, which goes to show that she cares enough to get to know all of VIA’s residents personally! Of all of the places I’ve lived in Boston, none compare to VIA. Hands down the best building in Boston!

The VIA is the absolute definition of luxury. Living here has been fantastic and the renting and moving process was made so simple by the best team in Boston. Huge shout out to Kelsey who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful before and after living here. Not only is the space and view amazing, but the residence team plans great events (even virtual ones throughout COVID) and genuinely makes the building a fun and friendly community. They also put in a lot of effort to handle any complaints or problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend whether you’re looking in the area or not - this is the place to be.

This apartment is an abomination. I cannot even try to comprehend how rudely I was treated and gaslighted for my complaint that there was a rodent in my apartment. Granted they did send up maintenance, who did an inspection, however they failed to capture, simply stating they could not find it. Well I laid out traps and caught it. This shanty town is unbecoming of anyone who values even the lowest rung of cleanliness.
